Heathrow terminal meeting points
Put the postcode for your terminal into your sat nav, follow the signs to the short stay car park and go to the level and row below. Your FastPark driver will be waiting.
Terminal 2
Leave the tunnel and follow the signs to the Terminal 2 short stay car park. Go up to level 4 and pull into the off-airport parking area, rows A and B. Your driver will come to you.

Leave the tunnel and follow the signs to the Terminal 3 short stay car park. The meeting point is on the fourth floor in row A.

Follow the signs to Terminal 4. The meeting point is in the T4 short stay car park on level 1, row C. Your driver will come to you.

Follow the signs to T5 Departures. Keep right as you go up the departures ramp and follow the signs to the short stay car park and passenger pick-up. Once you are under the height barrier, keep left and follow the signs to level 4 and off-airport parking. Take a ticket at the barrier and go to row S.

Do I pay for the short stay car park?
Confirm which entry and exit fees are covered by FastPark, and whether any waiting charge can arise.
What if I cannot find the meeting point?
Call 07931 322 042. Your driver will talk you in or come to you.
Is Terminal 1 served?
Terminal 1 is closed. All Heathrow flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Can I drop the car at your compound instead?
No. Handover always happens at the terminal meeting point. Our registered office address is not a parking or handover location.
