Who we are

FASTPARK LTD ("FastPark", "we") runs meet and greet parking at London Heathrow. Company number 07794305. Registered office: 1st Floor 4, Longwalk Road, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, England, UB11 1FE. What we collect and why

  • Booking details: name, email address, mobile number, vehicle registration, make, model and colour, travel dates, terminals and inbound flight number. Needed to perform the contract and meet you at the terminal.
  • Payment: handled by named booking and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Enquiries: what you send through the contact form, so we can reply.
  • Operational records: vehicle condition notes or photographs at handover, if that process is adopted. Confirm the lawful basis and retention period.
  • Website usage: analytics only with your consent. See the cookie policy.

Lawful bases

Contract, to provide the parking service. Legitimate interests, for vehicle security, fraud prevention and improving the service. Consent, for marketing and non-essential cookies. Legal obligation, for accounting records.

Who we share it with

Name the actual booking platform, payment processors, email and SMS providers, analytics, review platform and spam-prevention service. We also share data with insurers in the event of a claim, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

State whether any provider processes data outside the UK and which safeguard applies.

How long we keep it

Confirm each retention period. Booking and invoice records are kept for six years for HMRC. Enquiries are kept for twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict how we use it, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email theoffice@fastparkheathrow.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
