How meet and greet parking works at Heathrow

You drive to the terminal and we take the car from there. This is the whole process, in order, including what happens if your flight is late.

Before you travel

1. Book online and save your instructions

Enter your dates, check the price and pay. You get a confirmation email with your booking reference, the meeting point for your terminal and the numbers to call. Save it to your phone before you set off.

2. Call ahead, then drive to the meeting point

Call 07931 322 042 20 minutes before you reach Heathrow so your driver is in position. Follow the signs to the short stay car park at your terminal and go to the level and row in your instructions.

3. Hand over the car and keep your card

Describe the real condition record: whether the driver photographs the car, walks round it with you, and whether you get a copy. This has to match the terms, which currently say vehicles are received unchecked.

You get a uniquely numbered card with our contact number on it. Keep your numbered card safe. We use its reference to verify collection. The walk to check-in takes about a minute.

While you are away

4. Your car sits in our compound

Your car is driven to our private compound, four miles from the airport, with CCTV, on-site security and restricted access. At the busiest times a car may be moved to a second compound a further four miles away, as set out in our terms.

5. Call when you land and collect your car

We track your inbound flight, so we usually know before you call. Ring the number on your card once you are through, collect your bags and walk to the meeting point at your arrival terminal. Your driver hands the keys back and you drive home.

  • Delayed or diverted? Call as soon as you can and we will adjust.
  • Landing at a different terminal is fine, as long as you tell us.

Before you leave home

  • Your booking reference is on your phone
  • You know which terminal you are departing from
  • Valuables are out of the car
  • The car is taxed, insured and has a current MOT
  • You know when to call: 20 minutes before you reach the airport
