Drive to your terminal
Follow the signs to the short stay car park at your departure terminal. Call us 20 minutes before you arrive and your FastPark driver will be at the meeting point.

Hand over your keys
We record the condition of your car, give you a numbered card and take the car to our secure compound. You walk to check-in.

Call when you land and collect your car
We track your inbound flight. Call the number on your card when you land, collect your bags and your car will be waiting at your arrival terminal.

Before you book
How much does FastPark meet and greet parking cost?
The price depends on your dates. Enter them on the booking page and you will see the total before you give us any details. The total includes VAT and every mandatory charge.
Is my car safe?
Your car is kept in a private compound with CCTV, on-site security and restricted access. Only insured FastPark drivers move it. Keep your numbered card safe: we use its reference to verify collection.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your inbound flight, so in most cases we already know. Call the number on your card once you land and we will meet you at the arrival terminal.
Can you return my car to a different terminal?
Yes. Give us your arrival terminal when you book and we will bring the car there.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and amendment rules, including any cut-off and how refunds are issued, to be confirmed with the booking platform. Start at manage booking.
